Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026. Liftday is made by Stylishwebs, India. This policy lives at liftday.stylishwebs.com/privacy.html.
What we collect
The workout plan you set up, the sets, weights, reps and times you log, your days off and holidays, the video links you add, and your app settings. When you sign in with Google we also receive your name, email address and profile picture.
How we use it
Only to run the app: to show your plan and history, and to keep them the same on every phone where you sign in. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Where it is kept
On your phone, and, when you are signed in, on Google Firebase servers under your account so it can sync. Data is sent over an encrypted connection and each account can only read its own data.
Videos
YouTube and Instagram videos you add are played by those services inside the app. They may collect data when a video plays, under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that host the app and its database, and only so they can provide that service. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can reset your plan or erase everything from Settings at any time. To delete your account and all data stored with it, see Delete your data.
Children
Liftday is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and show a notice in the app.
